Music will be from 7-9 p.m.
The Merrie Chef will be on-site selling meals, and you can also preorder your meal in advance. Choose from an assortment of charcuterie, crudité, salads, wraps, and dessert. The Merrie Chef will have everything packaged and ready for you to pick up at the venue before the concert begins. Please specify which Friday in June you will be attending when you check out. About the band
Recreating the feel of the cool Harlem Jazz age nightspots, this superb ensemble entertains with notable jazz tunes from swing, bebop and progressive jazz hits to adult contemporary favorites. Along with a longstanding career as a renowned jazz trombonist, Al Dowe enjoyed years of success with his upscale jazz club Dowe’s On 9th. Etta Cox is one of the most highly-regarded vocalists and entertainers in Pittsburgh, voted “Best Jazz Vocalist” in the city for 8 consecutive years. Etta and Al have opened for such names as Ray Charles, Doc Severinson, David Brenner, Debbie Reynolds and Danny Glover.
