September Artist Guild Meeting featuring Pittsburgh Steeler Artist, George Gaadt

Join us for our monthly Artist Guild meeting with award winning, Master Portrait Artist, George Gaadt.

George Gaadt, born in Pennsylvania, has been an Illustrator and Eastern Regional photographer for the National Football League for 25 years. His clients also include Major League Baseball and Basketball and Football Halls of Fame.

Some of his most famous works included the Pittsburgh Steelers 50th Anniversary and in 2007 creating the painting for their 75th Anniversary poster.

George Gaadt’s painting “Last Stand at Fort Ligonier” was featured in “200 Years of American Illustration”. Gaadt has received over 95 awards and has been recognized and exhibited both nationally and internationally in England, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and China.

As always, Guild meetings are free and open to the public. Guild meetings are held at Sweetwater’s building located at 200 Broad Street in Sewickley, PA.
