Jeff has been an Executive Chef for 25 years with experience in restaurants, country clubs and food manufacturing. After studying nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, Jeff uses his knowledge of food to improve the health of his clients as a Certified Health Coach. Always curious about the world of food, Jeff develops unique recipes for his clients that mirror their favorite foods, cuisines, cooking style, time constraints and health goals so that each client comes away with a personal repertoire of foods to carry them through the rest of their lives.
