Holiday Mart Invited Artists

Congratulations on being an Invited Artist to Sweetwater’s sale of unique artisan & handcrafted wares, Holiday Mart, and thank you for your continued participation in our annual fundraising holiday event! Please complete the form below to become 2019 Holiday Mart Artist! You will be directed to paypal to pay your $20 registration fee after hitting the submit button.

Upon receipt of this form and registration fee, you will recieve your 2019 holiday mart contract, sale details and instructions.

PLEASE only use this portal if you recieved an email from Alexandra Watrous stating you are an Invited Artist. All other artists please use the Holiday Mart 2019 submissions portal.

Important Dates:
Deadline to Register: October 15
Sale Dates: December 6 - 15
Tidings & Tinsel Holiday mART Preview Party: December 5
Artist Check-in: November 24 & 25
Artist Check-out: December 16 & 17

Artists do not need to attend the sale. Sweetwater staff and volunteers handle all set up, sales, and tear down. Sweetwater retains 30% of retail sales.


When you or a family member is looking to take an art class, view an exhibition, or attend a cultural event, where do you turn? If you're like most in our community, you go to Sweetwater Center for the Arts.

$1,000 provides enough materials to fund a semester-long community outreach program.
$500 allows two senior citizens to take an oil painting class.
$250 provides enough clay for every student in an 8-week ceramics class.
$200 will send a child to summer camp for a week.
$100 provides the food for a culinary workshop.
$50 provides materials for two weeks of painting camps.
