Call for artists! Sweetwater is currently seeking artists for our 2023 Holiday Market. Artists may either apply to vend their own table/ booth OR consignment space.

Sweetwater Center for the Artists is seeking 2 groups of artists to vend their own 6′ x 6′ space in our Community Room.
GROUP 1 artists will vend Thursday November 30th from 5-10 p.m., and Friday December 1st from 1-9 p.m. (13 hours total). Thursday December 30th will serve as the Holiday Market preview party with a VIP donor reception, and Friday December 1st runs in conjunction with Sewickley’s Light Up Night.
GROUP 2 artists will vend Saturday December 2nd from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday December 3rd from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. (13 hours total).
Both GROUP 1 and GROUP 2 will be responsible for their displays and table space within a 6′ x 6′ area. These vendors will be responsible for their sales and transaction, Sweetwater will not take a percentage of sales. Upon acceptance, artists will be responsible for a $125 booth fee made payable to Sweetwater Center for the Arts.
CONSIGNMENT ARTISTS will apply to have their work displayed for the course of the 4 days in Sweetwater’s gallery/ consignment space. Consignment artists must drop off their work at Sweetwater NO LATER THAN MONDAY NOVEMBER 6TH. Artists within the consignment space do not need to be present at the time of sales, for Sweetwater will handle all sales and transactions. Sweetwater will receive 30% of artist proceeds from sales.
Sweetwater’s gallery will serve as the consignment artist area and is located on the mezzanine level of Sweetwater’s Community Room with wood floors and natural lighting. Sweetwater’s gallery is currently not wheelchair accessible.
THERE IS NO FEE TO APPLY TO HOLIDAY MARKET.
