Sewickley Gallery Walk

Join Sweetwater Center for the Arts and local Sewickley galleries for an evening of celebration, art, entertainment, and refreshments! The Spring Gallery Walk will feature artist receptions and exhibitions showcasing work from local, regional, and national artists. All ages welcome!

Sweetwater’s Exhibition Corners of Thought: As we consider our surroundings, our environment, space, and relationships, so often there are many details that go unnoticed or misinterpreted. Our perceptions and thoughts deceive us constantly. The exhibition Corners of Thought asks artists to create site specific installations throughout Sweetwater’s historic building that investigate our awareness of what is happening on the peripheral of our lives, and what determines if we notice, ignore, remember, or forget. Corners of Thought is curated by Alexandra Watrous with the generous support of The Pittsburgh Foundation.

The Sewickley Spring Gallery Walk coincides with The Village Garden Club of Sewickley’s Art Blooms flower show, and Sweetwater’s Spring LUXE pop-up jewelry boutique.

Spring LUXE jewelry sale will be in Sweetwater’s lobby from Thursday, April 26th to Saturday, April 28th, 9:00am – 9:00pm

Participating Art Galleries:

Bock Tott Gallery
Zoe’s Oddz & Endz Gallery
Sewickley Gallery & Frame Shop
