RECREATIONAL MUSIC MAKING - NEW!
MU10
Ages 18 & up
If you have ever wished you had learned to play the piano as a child or ever wished your mother had not let you quit, then this may be the opportunity you have hoped for. These small classes will help you become familiar with the keyboard, read rhythmic and melodic music notation and begin to enjoy making music. The small class size will allow students to work together in a pressure free envionment. There will be no pressure to perform, and solo playing is on a volunteer basis. Students should have access to a piano or a full sized, touch sensitive keyboard in order to practice outside of class. Information on rental instruments is available. Music books will be purchased from the instructor on the first day of class.
