Brad Bailey

Brad Bailey is a professional accompanist and freelance commercial percussionist based in the Pittsburgh area. Coming from a family of music educators, Brad has spent the better part of ten years teaching a wide range of students, many of whom have gone on to play in a number of regional, state, and national level music festival ensembles. Brad is a frequent performer in the Pittsburgh theater scene and has played in over 40 different productions over the course of his career. He earned his bachelor’s degree in performance from the Jacob’s School of Music at Indiana University, and his master’s degree in performance from the Mary Pappert School of Music at Duquesne University. Brad tailors his lessons to meet the student’s needs and goals. He is fluent in a wide range of musical styles and is capable of covering the spectrum from classical percussion to commercial drum set.
