Chef Alex brings the food knowledge to the cutting board and the tricks-of-the-trade, that help you learn about the foods you are eating.

In a childhood that took her from the Rockies to Pittsburgh, Chef Alex’s Culinary eduction began in the Green Mountain State, cooking with real ingredients and baking pies every Sunday morning. Supporting farm-fresh, local ingredients and focus on organic foods, she believes everything is better from scratch- simple food to be enjoyed around the table the way Mother Nature intended.

$1,000 provides enough materials to fund a semester-long community outreach program.
$500 allows two senior citizens to take an oil painting class.
$250 provides enough clay for every student in an 8-week ceramics class.
$200 will send a child to summer camp for a week.
