Dance and Be Fit! Soul Line Dancing Workshop

Soul Line Dancing is an entertaining experience whether you’re an experienced dancer or just a novice. This dancing style uses simple line dancing steps and applies them to R & B, Pop, Hip-Hop, and Motown music from today and yesterday. Instructor Roland Ford begins with basic steps and finishes with more advanced moves. Come to learn the newest Soul Line Dances taught step-by-step. You don’t need a partner, but you can bring a friend. It’s good exercise and great fun for the entire family. All ages welcome!

This workshop coincides with Sweetwater’s annual MAVUNO Festival of African American Art & Culture. For more details on the festival events, please visit our upcoming events page!
