COIL BUILDING PLANTERS (2 sessions listed below)
Now is the perfect time to start building a planter that you can use in your vegetable or flower garden later this spring. Using a simple and ancient coil building method, you will be able to create a ceramic planter that is tall, wide, or whatever shape you need to accommodate your plants this season. Students will also have creative freedom to decorate the surface with slips, stains, underglazes and glazes after the session, or can enroll in a surface decoration workshop on May 24th to complete their piece.
