Statement Pieces Submission

The wearable object has a long history of holding strong meaning and communicating specific intention, for both the maker and the wearer. Jewelry art enjoys a unique connection of intimacy with the viewer. These qualities can inherently amplify concept and expression of social awareness, political ideology, gender identity, personal experience, etc. Statement Pieces seeks to bring together jewelry from artists whose work makes a statement, tells a story, or communicates an idea.
