Mindful World II CH04

Mindful World II is designed for older children, ages 7-12. It follows the same principles of Mindful World I. It is a unique program combining Mindfulness, art and international cultures to teach children social-emotional skills, literacy and to be citizens of the world. For example, in the class about China, students hear a folktale about body awareness, do a body scan meditation practice and make shadow puppets to do plays in small groups.
